Abstract

Rather coincidentally, the art collective COLLECTOR ARTS was founded by 10 art lovers who collected artistic beauty over the years to give it an honorable place in their environment. Gradually the desire arose to share their passion for their own collection and contemporary art with others. The result is a temporary art exhibition in October at three locations in Ghent. The three exhibitions pay tribute to the complicity of collectors in the artistic visions of artists. From 14 to The temporary art exhibition COLLECTORS will run on October 29 at three locations in Ghent, including the official residence of the governor of East Flanders (Carina Van Cauter). No fewer than 66 works of art by 33 contemporary artists decorate the building. Everyone is welcome to visit and be inspired.
