The book of intertype faces
Abstract
"This book shows a choice selection of material for the newspaper, commercial printer and general advertiser. The faces are arranged alphabetically by their names and shown in series. For your convenience in making comparisons, different faces in each size are grouped together according to point sizes. A few examples of advertising and job composition are included to show the effectiveness of these faces in actual use. A specially convenient feature of this book is the data with each series which shows how those faces will run in an Intertype machine."-- Page [iii].
