  • "The production of the glassworks in Lednické Rovne (nowadays RONA Co. Ltd.) does not only have a long tradition but quality and distinctive design value. This year, the glassworks celebrates the 120th anniversary of its founding. The exhibition on this occasion evaluates and maps the more than hundred years of the production of its utility glassware and design. Through items from the collections of the Slovak galleries and museums it presents the most significant phases and design figures connected with the glassworks which was one of the few in Slovakia that 'gambled' on cooperation with artists"--P. 63.
