Abstract

Established in 1954, the Luoyang zhou cheng chang (Luoyang Bearing Factory) was one of the 156 key industrial construction projects under China's First Five-Year Plan. Production started in 1958. The company specialises in a wide range of bearing products, including turntable bearings, rolling-mill bearings, wind-turbine bearing series, bearings for water-conservancy projects, split bearings, medical-equipment bearings, insulated bearings, and precision machine tool bearings among others. Over the years, it has played a significant role in advancing China's industrial and agricultural development, contributing to the growth of smaller bearing factories in various regions across the country.
