Disegno: Zeichenkunst für das XXI. Jahrhundert

Abstract

One of the great lures of drawing lies in the “prima idea,” or the artist’s first creative spark. In contrast to other genres of art, its privilege is that it is capable of immediately capturing every artistic caprice—from fleeting notions and specific ideas to fantastic visions — on a piece of paper.
