    "This book was printed at the Yellow Barn Press, Council Bluffs, Iowa in the winter of 1987-88. Neil Shaver was the pressman using a Vandercook Universal. The paper is Rives mould-made. The text was set in 12-point Monotype Bulmer at the Los Angeles Type Founders with refinements by hand at the Press. John DePol created the pattern paper for the cover. Jack Walsdorf, an admirer of Julian Symons, made this edition possible. Finished on the 15th day of February, 1988. This is copy number ... of 200 copies." -- Colophon.
