    Gefacetteerde, licht gewelfde voet. Stam bestaat uit een gefacetteerde knoop met luchtbellen. Conisch klokvormige kelk met met afgeronde, gefacetteerde bodem. Op de kelk een gegraveerde voorstelling van een kraamkamer binnen een cartouche en het opschrift: HET WELVAAREN/ VANDE KRAAMVROUW/ EN KINTIE.
