Prent is onderdeel van een serie getiteld 'Museum Florentinum', bestaande uit vier subsecties: 'Gemmae antiquae ex Thesauro Mediceo et privatorum dactyliothecis florentiae...' (1730-1731), 'Statuae antiquae dorum et virorum illustrium' (1734), 'Antiqua numismata aurea et argentea' (1740-1741) en 'Serie di ritratti degli eccellenti pittori' (1752-1766). Het vierde deel bestaat uit 320 kunstenaarsportretten en is uitgegeven in boekvorm (vier delen). Prent mogelijk uit: Moücke, Francesco.
