Tweezijdige zilveren penning. Voorzijde: borststuk van Willem III binnen omschrift. Keerzijde: vrouw met vrijheidshoed op lans en gehelmde vrouw met vaandel, zittend in boot: het Amsterdamse koggeschip, binnen wimpel met opschrift. Rood leren etui bijbehorend.
