    Cylindermonstrans van zilver, gedeeltelijk verguld. De voet in de vorm van een gestrekte vierpas. Ter weerszijden van de glazen cylinder St. Augustinus en St. Joris. Aan beide zijden van de top St. Caecilia en St. Catharina. Een kruisigingsgroep vormt de bekroning. Meesterteken: een scheepje.
