Koorkap van fluweelbrokaat. Het patroon heeft recht boven elkaar geplaatste rijen van bladeren aan komma-vormige takken; de ene zijde uit een gelobd palmmotief en palmet; de andere uit een drieblad en eikel. De koorkap is gemaakt van meerdere fragmenten en is gevoerd met blauw linnen. De buitenste zoom en het rugschild zijn afgewerkt met franje. Het rugschild heeft bovendien een kwast.
