These five vases, in both form and decoration, clearly belong together. They were specially made as a set for display on a cupboard or a table. The ribbed form of the vases is typically European, while the painted decoration is inspired by Chinese and Japanese porcelain.

    Kaststel van veelkleurig beschilderde faience, bestaande uit een pot, twee vazen en twee flessen. Alle delen van het kaststel zijn geribd en achthoekig. De pot heeft een deksel met een knop in de vorm van een hond. Op de delen zijn planten met vogels geschilderd in de kleuren geel, groen, blauw, paars en roodbruin.
