Explanatory note

  • De heer Lovink heeft in deze tijd het kostuum laten maken toen hij Secretaris-Generaal van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken was (1948-1950). Nadien werd het kostuum gebruikt voor zijn ambt als ambassadeur te Ottawa en Canberra (1950-1967).
