Drie schikgodinnen
attributed to Jacob Matham, 1588
De drie schikgodinnen in een landschap. De staande schikgodin Clotho houdt het spinrok vast, met in haar andere hand het ruwe vlas. De zittende Lachesis, op de rug gezien, heeft de klos vast en meet de draad. De linker schikgodin, de oude Atropos, knipt met een schaar de draad door.
