Eenzijdig bedrukte assignat: vlak, aan alle zijden begrensd door band met opschriften en ornament; in het centrale vlak: opschrift "Domaines Nationaux / Assignat de cinq livres / payable au Porteur par la Caisse de l'Extraordinaire." boven gedeeltelijk handgeschreven serienummer, handtekening en waardeaanduidingen in versierd compartiment; in vlak reliefstempel: borststuk man naar links binnen omschrift.
