Vlakke bodem. Cylindervormig lichaam, afgeronde schouder,korte, cylindervormige hals met uitkragende rand, ingeslepen stop met platte ronde knop. Op het lichaam in wit, zwart, geel en rood een bekroonde cartouche, gehouden door twee staande leeuwen, met het opschrift MEDIC: NIVERS. Op de schouder is met het rad 14 en op de stop VII gegraveerd.
