De Sibille van Cumae staat voor Apollo, haar handen gevuld met zand. Apollo schonk haar voor elke zandkorrel een levensjaar. Apollo zit rechts met in de linkerhand zijn lier. Tussen Apollo en de Sibille in is een derde aanwezige figuur zichtbaar.
