Abstract

"The Peking General Petro-Chemical Works is a multi-purpose utilization petro-chemical complex. Construction began in winter 1968; to dat, fourteen different petro-chemical installations have been set up and put in operation. When completed, it will produce about 100 kinds of fuels, lubricants, benzene and paraffin, as well as synthetic rubber, synthetic fibre, synthetic resin and chemical fertilizer"-- Introduction.
