    • "Two hundred and fifty copies of this facsimile were printed on Mohawk Superfine paper by Puritan Capital. The books were photographed by E.M. Ginger at 42 Line. The bookmark is the same paper on which the original book was printed. It was handmade by Tim Barrett and students at the University of Iowa Center for the Book."--Colophon
    • "I invited a group of bibliophiles to submit one or more recipes each for a small cookbook. In turn, each participant has agreed to cook as many of the recipes as they can within the space of a year, to cook them with the book open on their countertop, and to take notes in ink on the book's pages"--Foreword
    • This facscimile edition was compiled from copies of Hungry Bibliophiles that were lived with and used by the participants over one year. The facsimile reproduces notes, drawings, and food stains added by the participants.
