  • "Two hundred and fifty copies of this facsimile were printed on Mohawk Superfine paper by Puritan Capital. The books were photographed by E.M. Ginger at 42 Line. The bookmark is the same paper on which the original book was printed. It was handmade by Tim Barrett and students at the University of Iowa Center for the Book."--Colophon
