Gerrit Schouten's diorama of the memorial for the ex-governor J.F. de Frederici (1812) revisited

Abstract

In een reactie van prof. Sergiusz Michalski (Kunsthistorisches Institut, Eberhard Karls Universität, Tübingen) op een artikel over Schoutens diorama (Bulletin of the Rijksmuseum 2008, p. 365), maakt hij duidelijk dat dit diorama is afgeleid van een gedenkteken in Straatsburg (1777).
