Faszination und Gewalt: zur politischen Ästhetik des Nationalsozialismus
Abstract
The catalogue of an exhibition held each summer since 1985 in Nürnberg. The introduction shows the important role of this city in the activities of the Nazi Party and during the years of the Nazi regime. Julius Streicher's antisemitic articles were popular in Nuremberg already in the 1920s. Pp. 44-51 describe items depicting the persecution of Jews in Nuremberg and their deportation to extermination camps. Pp. 88-93 show photographs of the Nuremberg war crimes trials.
