  • This book is part of the White Books series. The white books feature artworks made over the course of Joachim Schmid's career. They are catalogues of particular projects that have not previously been available as books. The editions of the white books are unlimited, the books are neither numbered nor signed.
  • The project Pictures from the Street has been an ongoing endeavour since 1982 and has involved the reclamation of over 900 lost or abandoned photographs. This collection has been exhibited widely but only once in its entirety and this is the first time it is printed as a complete set, published within four volumes.
