Spoorwegstaking van 1944-1945. Een aantal lege spoorlijnen verdwijnen in de verte naar de horizon waar een man zwaait met een rode vlag. Op de voorgrond kijken twee mannen toe, een spoorwerker (?) en een Duitse soldaat.
