Licht ingestoken ziel, zijdelings afgeplat lichaam overgaand in een rechte hals. Op de fles een etiket met het opschrift: Platte, groen glazen flesch, gevonden 3 novb. 1879 in den bodem in de Z.W. toren v.d. groote Hofzaal Binnenhof 's Gravenhage, bij het maken van de ontgraving voor de binnentrap. Er was matwerk omheen.
