    Plaat of plaque van porselein, beschilderd op het glazuur in rood, groen, paars, zwart en goud. De plaat is in de vorm van een medaillon omrand door bladranken en aan de onderzijde een gevleugelde monsterkop. Hierbinnen in reliëf kleine medaillons met portretten van Romeinse keizers. Bij elke medaillon een banderol met een naam en een datum. Bladranken tussen de medaillons. Gemerkt op de onderzijde met tweemaal een 5.
