Lepelrek van zilver met zes lepels. Het rek is een veelhoekige plaat met gaten vastgezet op een achterschild in de vorm van een cartouche met schelpmotief, voluten, twee maskerons en parelrand (als een wandblaker). De lepels van zilver hebben een ovale bak, rechte geribbelde steel en naaldvormig lof.
