    Op onderste helft van plaquette halffiguur van man en profiel naar links. Man heeft puntige sik. Hij draagt een hooggesloten mantel met opstaande kraag. Hierover draagt hij een lange ketting, of dit is een motief op de mantel. Randschrift voorzijde: JEAN GALEAS. Opschrift keerzijde: Viscomti Duc de Milan / Mort en 1494. Opschrift in goud.
