    Centraal op plaquette halffiguur van man met baard frontaal gezien binnen omschrift. Hij draagt kroon, mantel met sluiting op de borst en onderkleed met banden kruislings over de romp. In rechterhand: zwaard en in linkerhand de scepter. Sierspeld en scepter rood gekleurd. Keerzijde opschrift. Achtergrond zwart met goudkleurig portret en opschriften.
