Waterlow & Sons Limited (mentioned on object), 1878
Nowadays selling clothing and other products by means of photographs is a matter of course, however in the 19th century this was quite a novelty. Freeman & Sons, however, seems to have been optimistic enough to place this advertisement in a guide for English local authorities.
